My review and perspective on model: F7412-900 vacuum cleaner

This is the Hoover MaxExtract Dual V Carpet Cleaner Review please check the reviews page for a comparison of other vacuum cleaners.

Hoover has hit the sweet spot with the MaxExtract Dual V Carpet Cleaner. This machine has a large enough tank capacity to thoroughly clean a medium sized rooms carpet without stopping. The Dual V design gives you maximum suction power that pulls the dirt from deep down in your carpet fibers. The spinning scrub brushes separate carpet fibers allowing cleaning solution to penetrate tough stains then get sucked up to make sure they never come back.

Of course the suction isn't as powerful as an industrial machine, and the scrubbing action may need multiple passes for tough stains but the Hoover MaxExtract Dual V Carpet Cleaner does not disappoint. Most vacuum cleaners today barely scratch the surface of cleaning, the pull loose dirt from the top of your carpet, or worse, some weaker vacuum cleaners actually push loose dirt deep in your carpet leaving odors and reoccurring stains as big problems. The Hoover MaxExtract Dual V Carpet Cleaner solves this problem with penetrating stain removal solution, and a powerful extractor to pick up what standard vacuum cleaners leave behind.

Model: F7412-900 Product Description

Equipped with a powerful 12 amp motor, this easy-to-use SteamVac cleans carpets by applying, scrubbing, and removing hot tap water and cleaning solution. The unit's wide path provides 20-percent more brushing and cleaning action. The innovative and efficient heated cleaning forces hot air from the motor directly into the carpet, making the solution and brushes work more efficiently. Run the unit back over your carpet without a rinse to accelerate dry time with the hot air.

The cleaner's Dual V Technology produces equal suction across the entire cleaning path and removes more water than any other brand. The separate clean/dirty water departments are both large enough to allow you to make fewer trips back and forth to the sink. The detergent has a separated compartment so any leftovers can easily be returned to your detergent container and reused the next time you clean. Patented SpinScrub rotating brushes gently loosen dirt and clean all sides of the carpet fiber, plus they pop out and are easy to rinse clean as needed.

Choose from three speeds for a variety of cleaning tasks--spill pick-up mode, gentle scrub mode, or power scrub mode. On-board tools include an 8-foot hose for long reach, a removable tool caddy for easy storage, and a SpinScrub powered handheld tool for upholstery and stairs. Why continually rent expensive carpet cleaners, when you could buy your own? You will be amazed at the professional level of clean you can achieve with a Hoover carpet cleaner. This unit measures approximately 20 by 12 by 44 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.

The F7412-900 is a Residential vacuum designed for use in the Residential environment. I have reviewed it accordingly, the price point of the F7412-900 is set for the Residential industry which should be taken into consideration when purchasing or thinking about purchasing this vacuum. Commercial vacuum cleaners may be built to last longer and endure more abuse, but are more expensive and may be lacking some of the luxuries (such as light weight, or low noise) that you are accustomed to. On the contrary Residential vacuums are made at lower price points, lower quality, but are often lighter and quieter to use. Please feel free to add your own perspective of the Hoover MaxExtract Dual V Carpet Cleaner Review.
